Lawn Care Program
Lakeland Lawn Care offers up to a 6 Step Lawn Care Program that ensures timely treatments to your lawn each season. Our program consists of regularly scheduled fertilizer and weed control applications to keep your lawn thick, lush and weed free. Crabgrass control is also applied in spring and an optional preventative grub control application can be applied in mid-summer. To prepare your lawn for the rough Wisconsin winters, a winterizer is applied at the end of the season. In addition, during each treatment, Lakeland will evaluate your lawn for weeds, insects and disease.
Early Spring Fertilizer (ESF)
A balanced time-released treatment of fertilizer to promote early spring green-up, recovery from winter damage, as well as thickening of your lawn.
Spring Crabgrass Control & Fertilizer
A Balanced Treatment to promote early spring green up and recover from winter damage, also thickens your lawn to prevent future weed problems. Plus, a pre-emergent that creates a barrier on your lawn to help prevent crab grass, goose grass, fox grass, poa-annua, chick weed, spurge and other annual grasses and weeds from germinating.
Early Summer Fertilizer & Weed Control
A fertilizer and weed control application. The weed control will take care of the dandelions and all other broadleaf weeds. The fertilizer will thicken grass, promote root growth and enhance turf color.
Summer Fertilizer & Weed Control
A granular time-released balanced treatment, very important during the heat and stress of summer to maintain your lawn’s color and improve turf vigor. Plus, spot treatment of any weeds.
Late Summer/Fall Fertilizer & Weed Control
A fertilizer and weed control application. The weed control will take care of the second coming of dandelions and all other broadleaf weeds. The fertilizer will thicken grass, promote root growth and enhance turf color.
The most important! A Balanced Treatment with a nutrient supply for winter hardiness, resistance and general durability. Important to winter survivability and early spring green up.
